Awful!! Booked a 10:00 shoe fitting for my son. Turns out they don't open until 10:30. Website allowed me to book and sent me an email and text reminder which had my number on. Nobody called me to say they wouldn't be open. Staff said they didn't have my number apparently. I went back at 10:45 and was told there was a 20-30min wait and I just had to take a ticket. I was told by staff that the only way to know they weren't open until 10:30 was to call them, why would I call them when I booked online? No apology, nothing. Just an offer to rebook which I was not interested in. I will not be trying to go again.

I visited Clarks shop in County Mall and was attended to by SANJEEVE.

Sanjeeve offered the best service I have had in any shop for a very, very long time. Nothing was too much trouble.

In my opinion, he is a credit to the store and a very pleasant and patient employee.

Disgraceful management and staff, have no idea how to measure children's feet. Bent my child toe and now has a bruise. Also, trainers I had purchased for him were given to me with two different sizes in the box!

Fabulous service buying first ever school shoes. Very organised on a busy Saturday.

Clarks shoes are best. But this show room doesn't have much in store.

Clark shoes are great. I bought two pairs. I tried it on, and The sales associate was helpful. But one of the pairs of shoes given to me wasn't the right fit. Customer service wasn't that bad; I quickly got confused and distracted.

Medium sized store, with selection of men's, women and children's shoes. Staff are helpful and children's feet measuring service available. Shoes are on the expensive side especially children's shoes which they grow out of quickly and don't always last well, looking shabby after a couple of weeks wear, which is disappointing given the price. Have started only getting shoes if in the sale.

Clark's customer service skills are very good. I went on black Friday to see if I could bag a bargain and even though the shoe size I needed was not available, the girl who served me, measured my feet and ordered the shoes online for store delivery. Their product are build to last and would always recommend.
