Went here today to buy a pair of trainers for the wife, young lad who served us was superb, excellent personality, he'll go along way (Keiron), his mum and dad must be very proud .

I had a great service from Oliver, I couldn't decide which pair for Vans to choose, but Oliver explained the differences like one had cushion back heel and the other one didn't. So i ended up choosing the one with the cushion back heel. I was also explaining to him that, i always like everything in doubles/pairs so i ended up buying a black pair and navy pair of Vans. Oliver was very approachable and friendly, I was on my way to the Beach and I stopped to buy a few things. Oliver was so nice and with a big smile he even told me to have a great day at the beach. Thank You Oliver for all your help and i will most definitely be buy my trainers here again.

Thank you Phoebe for the kind service today, as we need to buy my girl a new Pair of black leather shoes before back to school. Phoebe is so patient to counter-propose another pair of Maryjane shoes with right size instead of the loafer one. She is so cheerful and patient to the parents. And she even suggests us the pair of in-sole in order to fill up a little room for the new shoes. We are so glad to be served by Phoebe with incredible service, and mission accomplished for the new school year!!

The shop was busy but I brought a pair of converses here today which I have wanted for a while. I didn't catch the mans name whochelos me but I hope the managers can identify him and give him this praise from a very happy customer! I didn't look lost but the man approached me and asked if I wanted help to which he fetched the size and half size of the shoe I wanted as well as make friendly conversation with me and allowed me to walk in both she's to see which felt better. He thn listened to me when I asked questions and answered with great explainations and very friendly. When I paid I paid with a gift card which he helped me with, another gift card, spare cash and the rest on my bank car. If I was the member of staff this would of been tedious but the man was nothing but patient and friendly. Again thank you, from a very happy customer
