Jones Bootmaker

Excellent shoe and boot store with wide range of footwear and excellent range of sizes. The boots come in half sizes and are usually available in small, medium and large widths. You may pay a bit more on average but I do not mind this when you bear in mind their exceptional customer service. The staff in the Bluewater branch were superb. In this day and age this makes a refreshing change and good customer service is a quality that makes me want to go back to the store again. Five stars Jones!

Good range of quality shoes

The lady who served us was very helpful, including when I politely declined the "nano rain protection" (how did people wear boots without this technology?) Unfortunately her colleague chimed in and told me that my wife MUST use the protection when wearing boots in the rain. Her facial expression and body language were hostile and the tone of voice and choice of words rude. I would not speak to the staff like this. Until then I was considering whether to buy the protection after all or not. Now I'm considering whether to ever visit this shop again.

Great range of well made and styled shoes. Staff were very helpful on the phone and gave great service when I visited.

Bought a pair of nice boots on sale here. Sales assistant are actually helpful and knowledgeable compared to other shoes shop I have been to where the staff can't be bothered to help.
They were all friendly and gave good tips. Discounted price of the sale was also a good bonus

The services was good but I got home and the tag was left on the bag I bought for an event the following day. Attention to detail would have been great. No explanation as to why the white paper bags were used on the day either. I'd never seen that before.
Leaving the tag on the only item us not good enough!

Staff were really busy but oh so helpful. Made time for my usual useless attempt at Christmas shopping. Help me make the perfect purchase.
