It was our first time to the shop. Chris was very helpful and patience. Myself, my dad and brother end up buying 4 shoes total. Very pleased with the service and help provided.

Top tip for you. The size guide on the website is not accurate. I bought online and they were far too small. I had to try on a few sizes in store before buying.

Excellent customer service, disappointed that the shoes I wanted to try/buy, weren’t in stock there. The store is rather small, however the customer service is so good, I easily overlooked the fact that the shoes I came in to get, weren’t there in my size, will order online. I do like the fact that I could try on to see which size was the proper one for me. And I did walk out with a pair I had planned to buy later, very happy with my purchase. Would definitely shop here again….or at least try on what’s there to see how they look on me, ☺️.

We’ve purchased online before but never been into the store, it was lovely to see all the beautiful shoes in person. We tried on a few pairs, they were limited in their sizes but Chris was so helpful with letting us try on similar shoes in different sizes so we know what pair we’re going to purchase online. Only wish they had more sizes so I could’ve tried a few more pairs on, although due to the sizing I felt no pressure to buy or I would’ve ended up walking out with 3 or 4 pairs, so my wallet is appreciative. A lovely experience and one of the only places still using covid protocols which was honestly fantastic (masks are a preference, not a requirement, and only 2 customers allowed in store at a time).

Will be visiting again!! 10/10 experience.

Solovair shoes are made in the same factory that Doc Martens used to be made. They are what Docs used to be and aren't now. I've been wearing shoes from this place since I was a child and I've never been disappointed in a pair.

Great shop. Very friendly and great service. He hadn't received any new stock from the factory in two weeks, but he helped us find the right size, so we could order it online.

Why can’t all retail experiences be as pleasant as this - friendly and helpful service, with an old school vibe to the store + great shoes and styles. Love the new shoes which feel great straight out of the box.
