Very friendly and helpful member of staff able to answer all my questions and give some advice all in a friendly manner. Prices are comparable to other rival stores. However unable to give a 5 star rating due to the very limited availability in store for mens smart black shoes which was what I was looking for. Having said that I did find a very good pair with the help of the member of staff but would still have liked more than 6 or 7 pairs to choose from.

We went there to grab some comfy shoes for my wife and usually I hate shoe shopping but the assistant in there (Sim) was incredibly helpful. Helped us pick some shoes that my wife loves and entertained our daughter at the same time! The best bit in and out in 15 mins!

Very dissatisfied!
I bought shoes for a child in this store, only 2 months have passed and the shoes have come unglued. Does this happen?? 28 pounds spent for nothing

Lovely staff good value for money

The shoes are such poor quality, I feel sorry for the money I waste every time I buy shoes from here as I can't wear the shoes and have to put them in the bin. Something that is so hard on my feet that I can't walk in I would never give it away to someone else. Two weeks ago I bought school shoes for my child, they lasted for a week as the material peeled off.

In store yesterday afternoon. Only one member of staff, (Sim) on the shop floor. Running around like a headless chicken. Serving customs at the till, then sorting out our query. We were in store for a good 45 mins. A big store like that should surely have more staff.

I had an extraordinary time in here looking for a pair of classic shoes. The staff were lovely and the prices are unbeatable for their quality. I definitely recommend it. 👌

A good shoe shop. Ideal for school shoes and seasonal footwear. Good range of shoes for various purposes and reasonably priced
