Brought a pair of slippers online, they arrived in a terrible condition, looked second hand. Had to send back and was told I would get a replacement straight away, they I received an email saying I had been given a refund, I disputed this as wanted the replacement but then told none in stock. Also had to ask for my delivery costs to be refunded. Would have given 1 star due to state of slippers but company were very quick to respond and I got my full refund very quickly

Inflexible refunds policy means never ever buying from you again. Tried to find something to at least exchange and the range is so limited nothing appropriate could be found. Pretty upsetting 😡 on top of this it is also shameful that the same sneakers are available on their online store for cheaper and with the option of refund!!! Scammers!!

Excellent service for an online order. Unfortunately the trainers i ordered not for me but a swift and painless return process was conducted. Would use again.

Avoid. Ordered online and then wanted to return shoes as they looked awful (not the shop's fault). Took ages to get a returns label which they could have already provided in the box. Then was warned they'd deduct £3 from my refund (which was advertised on the website as FREE RETURNS ON ALL ORDERS) unless I became a member. Couldn't work out what this exactly meant (simple email sign up or something else?) but they wouldn't respond and tell me how to do it even after multiple emails. I'm prepared that even when I ship the shoes back they won't refund me as so far their MO is that of scammers. Thankfully I've paid through PayPal so they'll help me when I inevitably have to raise a dispute.

Avoid unless you're buying from the physical store. Do not order online unless you're 500% sure you're definitely keeping the shoes.

Had to return the trainers as faulty/damaged. I have provided proof of postage but still haven't received my refund over 10 days later. Can't get in touch over the phone and they close the live chat with no resolution/answers.

Avoid at all costs. Their return policy is absurd - they only issue a credit (no refunds at all), it must be used within 6 months, and must be used in the store (not allowed online). They also intentionally don’t carry half sizes. It’s a horrible company, no idea how they’re in business.

Bought a pair of doc martens, lovely member of staff and clean shop

Bad service, staff are clueless about shoes. Dumb and unnecessary returns policy. Stores close at random hours way before official closing time. Never answer the phone.
