Quick service..... lady who was serving had quality customer service .which is very hard to find i was very happy with my purchases i will shop there again

Been here a couple of times to get spare laces and insoles for a bad pair of shoes that let me get a good 4 months more out of them, and counting. The laces I got only lasted a couple of months each, but for 99p each? To save me buying another £30 pair of shoes for almost half a year? Lifesavers

staff member was helpful at first; eventually became patronising and almost arrogant when I stated I had seen something on the website that wasn't available in store.

This place is ok quite arrange of shoes but have to spend sometime to see what you want but if your in a hurry
And you have to go somewhere else try another time ok

Quiet a good shop for foot wear for all ages

Very friendly members of staff went 9ut there way to help us and ordered some shoes especially for us to be delivered to our home address.
