I remember this shop from my childhood and since my son is also cursed with wide feet I decided to give it a try. The moment we walked in we were asked if we needed help. The assistant was polite, great at getting my son to co-operate with the measuring and brought a selection of shoes to try. She didn't push any one brand and we came away with a comfortable mid price pair of shoes. Very impressed.

DO NOT EVEN ENTER THIS SHOP

I have tried this shop almost on 4 different occassions. I am not white. I have noticed difference in treatment. The lady will short hair cut does not speak pleasantly. She has been rude. The shoes are always marked up by more than 15 percent from Online price. No refund. The junior staf has always been very pleasant though.

If by any chance one dares speak about price- gosh the reaction is as if I am too poor to even enter the shop. Why did I even bother to enter her shop. Manager has even been rude to my kids.

I wish there was another option available in village. Sometimes due to urgent need one has to drop in to shop at this shop. But I always left with bad feeling. Its been 6years that I have been living local and used this shop. The owner/manager is really moody. Never have I left not feeling overcharged or insulted.

The manager of this store is so rude and aggressive to both her staff and customers. I have never see her measure feet or get shoes even when the store is busy.
The return policy is not clear until you have made a purchase and by then it’s too late.
Having shopped here for many years for all my children's shoes I am going to find an alternative.

Excellent service from Debbie who located 2 full length boots for me, one of which was exactly what I wanted after 2 years of looking

Usually used this place but today had horrible experience, went there with my daughter, bear in mind that we need to travel 25 min to get here, so at 1 it was closed, but had sighn on window, that closed from 1-1.30, then come back with my little one at 5.15 because she need shoes as with raining her feet all soaking wet. I was grated by elderly lady that was keep talking that she need to close at 5.30 and she can’t help me. There 2 of them serving and they had 1 costumer only. By the time she was talking she would serve and forgot about me. This ladies definitely not interested in this business running and I would never come back there and don’t recommend anybody. Horrible customer service.

Excellent service from extremely knowledgeable sales person. No hard sale, refreshing attentive service, would highly recommend. shop local its no more expensive than larger retailers with a much better personal service.
