bought a pair of boots in the internet store, next day getting an email from the store, that my order was cancelled due to some stock issue, and that I’ll get my refund in 3-5 working days. that was 2 weeks ago, since then no response from the shop and the best is the support chat, that just repeats what’s already written in faq.
