I had an issue with a set of nike SB. Took them in twice and on both occasions they were sorted with no hassle in very quick time. Very very happy with the service.

ordered click and collect which should be easy process.

staff are slow and rude, no customer service at all. Definitely wouldn't go again ever to this store!
