Great service , very accessible to disabled customers. If you can't find what you want they will get it ordered and delivered to you free of charge. And also you won't miss out on deals. I only found one pair of shoes I wanted in the 2 for £10 and they ordered the others to be delivered for free. Great customer service. Highly recommended. Well done shoe zone stafford.

No customer service what so ever. No hello, no eye contact, not even a smile through her face shield. Then nothing when I placed my item on the counter. The woman with black hair and the attitude only said 9.99. She wasn't friendly to the lady whom she served before me either, though she did give her a free carrier bag. 07/12/2020 AM. The last few times I have been in I've had an Hello, smiles and that was from a gentleman that works there, thank you young man.
