Shoephoric

We came here after being recommended by a friend who had come here to have her shoes fitted since she was a child.
Staff were very friendly both times we have been in despite it being very busy the second time. They clearly know what they are doing and were in no way pushy, even saying that we could go to Clark's as they didn't have the desired shoe in stock! Needless to say we would prefer to support an independant business like this and wait a few days for delivery. Great little shop!

I use Shoephoric for all my daughters shoes and have done since her first pair. They are a great independent retailer and the staff are knowledgeable and brilliant with children, I’m always confident that the shoes fit which is so important. They have even stopped me buying new shoes unnecessarily when the old ones still fit. Really great service.

Had a lovely experience in shoephoric today. Young chap was most patient and kind with my 6 year old (who is a little nutty!) took time to measure and advise and didn't feel rushed. I know this time of year is a test, I use to work in a shoe shop at Christmas time. Thanks for providing a great choic eof good quality kids shoes and even more amazing service

Very good service today, was able to walk in have my sons feet measured and chose a lovely pair of school shoes all within 5 minutes

We hadn't booked an apt we didn't know until we was approached by a lady at the desk.She was great she said she'd fit us in until her apt came.We really picked the first pair of shoes so no probs.Used to take my son here when small but it has changed name or owners since that was 22 yrs ago.Its great its still there.Great for first school shoes as do length and width size fitting.£42 later for a 3yr old shoes.

Fantastic customer service, I bought a pair of boots from shoephoric whilst visiting Bury st Edmunds at the weekend, fell in love with them as they were the most comfortable pair of boots I have ever owned, I desperately wanted another pair in another colour so rang the shop the following day to see if they had them in my size, the lady was so helpful & even offered to post them to me to save the long journey back. Received them today & im over the Moon. Totally recommend, thank you 🙏

Really unhelpful young girl today. I think she might be leaving. Didn't even check the trainers I took back to make sure they were OK. Totally uninterested.
