Bought a pair for myself 2 weeks ago and returned for my son today. Great customer service by the same assistant both times. Really knowledgeable and friendly. We are both really happy with our trainers. Most comfortable trainers we have ever had.

Was served by Salesperson 831826 (bit impersonal, her name would be nice) it was her first day working there and she was absolutely delightful and professional.
Considering it's her first day, she was very knowledgeable on the shoes. If someone reads this at Sketchers head office, let her know the Australian who came in and purchased shoes thank her immensely.

So many lovely pairs of comfortable shoes! I limited myself and only bought one. Lovely, helpful sales staff also. Immediate service. Great!

I have just experienced the most wonderful customer service from the Norwich Skechers store. I am disabled and shopping can be extremely overwhelming for me. The staff member who served me was so knowledgeable, helpful, patient and understanding. The store was beautiful and immaculate. I ended up choosing some comfy shoes for an upcoming trip. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt very looked after. Best shopping experience I have had in ages. Highly recommend! Very happy customer, thank you. Sorry I do not have a name but it says on my receipt it was sales person 824311. They are a fabulous asset to your team.

Fabulous service from all of the staff in this store, especially from Hazel. She was kind, patient and sensitive. Shopping here was a thoroughly pleasant experience and we managed to find suitable shoes for my picky dad and boots for my daughter.
Staff even lowered the volume of the music to accommodate sensory sensitivity due to autism.

I love Skechers for comfort & style & their Vegan range. The staff are very friendly & personable. Nothing is too much trouble.
