Took my 2 year old nephew to get his feet measured at this store. We were served by Ash, we received excellent service and she was extremely patient with a busy 2 year old! Thank you

Sarah was very helpful, but no where near enough choice of wide fitting, large sized men's shoes. Only 1 style in a wide fit of formal dress shoe! Not good enough Clarks🤔

Went to my local clarks in Aberystwyth and wasn't happy with the fitting of my daughter's shoes. I decided to go to the carmarthen store, which I'll be going to from now on. Amazing service from Sarah, she listened to me, measured my daughter's feet, which were bigger than the Aberystwyth store had measured. She did an exchange on the shoes I had bought from Aberystwyth. Highly recommended

I went in to try on the Craft Run Tors on my lunch break as I was unsure what size I would need. Pearl, Sarah and Ash were lovely and helped me find my size and showed me a few other colours in the same style. Unfortunately, they do not accept Klarna instore so I was unable to purchase there but they were so helpful and it was great to see the shoes in person.

I dealt with sarah today in the carmarthen store assistant number 76. She was amazing, so caring and patient and nothing was too much bother. She is a credit to the company. Thanks for today sarah!!!

Luke was absolutely great helping my two daughters choose school shoes. He was really patient and gave good advice on styles to go for based on the fit.

My four children were served by Sarah(76) who was absolutely brilliant with them all. She definitely needs some gin (not doughnuts!) X

Elan at The Clarks Shop, Carmarthen was a great help today. She helped to measure my lively toddler grandson's feet, and assist in the choosing of a cool new pair of shoes for him. She was patient and courteous, and very child-friendly. Diolch yn fawr, Elan!
