I can't comment on the procedure yet as it takes time to work and I only had it done today. What I can comment on is what a fabulous place Lumiere is and how wonderful Adrian and the team are. From the moment you send that first query everyone is so helpful and friendly and when you walk into the building it is welcoming and calm.
Adrian took lots of time to talk me through things and I felt really relaxed and reassured by him (he is a beautiful soul!) He was professional but super friendly at the same time, and offered lots of advice, not just on the procedure, but on other areas too.
I really cannot recommend this place highly enough. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Absolutely amazing service and wonderful staff. Everyone was so lovely and professional from the moment you step in the door, facilities are beautiful, and I felt at ease as soon as I came in. Emma was so kind and listened to me carefully before explaining everything about the treatment. Tranquility therapy was absolutely unreal, by far the best massage experience I’ve ever had. Emma is clearly amazing at her job because as soon as I got home I immediately knocked out for 12 hours. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect experience from start to end!
I had dealt with other clinics but Lumiere it was far superior. Modern clinic, relaxing ambiance, welcoming and professional staff and perfect service. Adrian made me feel comfortable and gave me confidence and the results of the procedures it was remarkable immediately. I left the clinic extremely satisfied. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and professional clinic. Nicola and Emma are really knowledgeable and caring and listen to your needs. Hannah is also great and did my micro needling beautifully. Very nice experience from start to finish - lovely smiley welcome at reception, tranquility oil and tea in a tranquility pod on arrival (very relaxing), followed by professional service with top of the range products, and excellent aftercare. And so far, great results! Very pleased to have found this gem of a clinic to look after my ageing skin 😁

I have received two microneedling treatments from Nicola and one from Emma and they are both extremely professional, listen to your skin concerns and walk you through the process and expectations. They have great manners and a kind gentle demeanor. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and lovely smile from Hayley and the facilities are always clean, comfortable and relaxing. I am very pleased to have found them and will continue to get further treatments from the Lumiere team. Highly recommend!!
