They claim to not hassle you and not be on commission .... RUBBISH !!!

We were completely ignored then got to a price on a sofa and they begin changing the goal posts on the delivery prices. Staff were ill trained didn’t know what they were selling and had no concept of how to treat customers.

The quality of the sofa on reflection seemed questionable too.

During a 20 minute visit this afternoon, neither of the staff acknowledged our pretence. The one walked passed us several times whilst on the phone talking about her upcoming holiday and what she'd been up to over the past few days. I hope it was more important than the sale of two sofas.

Very friendly helpful staff. I’d ordered a sofa off the Sofa Workshop website on the last day of the sales but needed to see the fabrics in the flesh. Knowledgeable and accommodating staff really helped cementing decisions. Huge selection of furniture too.
