DFS Leicester

Disgusting customer service. One week before delivery have been informed that there is a delay. Called last week and was informed the sofas would be arriving on time. So we chucked out our old sofas. With my wife being 7months pregnant they couldn’t care less and the advisor on the phone was happy to accept my wife to sit on the floor. The advisor also would not put me through to a manager to speak to as they were busy doing other things. No explanation on why the sofas were late, or when they will become available. Very rude, no customer service and was happy for me to cancel my order. So I will and spent my 8k elsewhere.

Staff chatting together. About other staff lying to customers. Took my liked s sofa which was 5000 pounds. I then went next door and saved 2000 pounds on a excellent sofa.Not impressed with staff so I voted with my feet.

Graham the assistant took time to explain different options and made the process comfortable and easy We have bought from DFS since 1994 they make good quality products and stand by the warranty

I had my sofa’s delivered today and have to say had an amazing delivery drivers Mark and John they were so good with the furniture they fitted the sofas so good and cleaned everything up afterwards the service and the quality they gave was incredible and plus they also showed us in case we needed to move the r furniture how to assemble and de assemble the sofas. Fantastic service from Mark and John and excellent sofas the quality is just 👌🏻👌🏻

My experience with DFS has been excellent, just got out new sofas a week ago and I can't fault the guys, so much for sitting down all day......

Had a few problems with them changing delivery dates when we had expressly asked for a certain date on ordering our sofas. BUT... the staff bent over backwards to sort out our issues and our sofas were delivered safely.

Absolute shocking company. Baught a 3 piece (3, 2 and armchair all electric recliner paid over 4k) which was delivered 2 weeks ago after waiting 4 months for them to arrive. However the wait was not issue. I was sold the extra care plan and was promised all electrical faults were covered and someone would be out within few days. The sofa is now stuck in an incline position with non of the buttons responding. Called dfs to have someone come out and was told to wait til end of january. We then called them again and they advised they has been a cancelation and someone would be out tommorow (yesterday) SUPRISE SUPRISE they cancelled due to 'unforseen circumstances' Have not heard anything since. Awful customer service do not buy from store as they will sell you anything on order to hit their sales target. Wish i could return sofas. My daughter has since hit her head on outward facing recliner (where you rest your legs) wouldnt even give them a star but no option. Poor.
