Had endless problems, they lost our sofa stock 3 times before we ended up with ours. We paid cash for an ex-display set, and even though there are bigger delays for custom orders because of covid, it went from being estimated 4wks delivery time, to being 13wks before we received it. Customer service was poor at best as we had to keep checking up on the product and the manager before he did eventually fix things and track our set down for us. Do love the sofa set though.

Went with family to buy a new couch set and the place was great. Loads to choose from with great prices and the clearance had a nice selection too. The service was amazing and when we finally chose a set, everything was explained very clearly for us so that we weren’t confused about anything. Our previous set was also bought from this dfs and we were very happy with that too. Have never had a bad experience with them. Would recommend highly.

I will not be purchasing a sofa from this store again. I was over charged for an item I didn't want and I didn't notice it until it was too late. Check your invoice and question all charges as they do not show a breakdown of any changes to the structure of your item. The manager was polite but was definitely was not going to help resolve the issue.

We had such a positive experience here. After numerous visits to various different stores, we finally bought our sofa from DFS Enfield. We were helped by Aysel, who was professional and incredibly patient with us throughout our 2.5 hour store visit. There was no pressure placed upon us, and Aysel answered all of our questions, demonstrating her sound knowledge. Would thoroughly recommend this store!

Was disappointed, as place is nice and big and lots of choices but staff doesn't match.
One male staff ,didn't have any patience and didn't want even to explain more in details,pass me on to another staff, he rush to go ,though shop was empty.
However found another staff who was more professional and explain in details,but we disagree as found a painting that I was interested and he knew straight away that the price didn't match with the price they have in the computer so I wasn't happy about that.
Told him ,it takes 5min.to change a label and were more the 4 staff doing nothing ,one could have changed the price .
Have explained that in law ,that is misleading so should I buy the products ,I would have expected to pay the price that was on the label.
Staff are not paid bonus for every sale they makes,neither have any targets so for them it really don't matter if they make a sale or not, they will still their wages paid,this what I was told .
Then asked how will I hung the painting ,again he didn't know ,until another femele staff come and explained.
Shop is empty,no customers ,can you not at least learn more about the products you are selling? and the manager ensure all prices matches with your computer price.
Overall disappointed.
Went next door and made a sale,so they've lost a good customer simply because they couldn't bother .
Plus I was told by your staff that you don't sell Rugs-couldnt be more wrong, you do sell Rugs .

Took my sister to DFS to buy sofa.
Helpful staff. Explained things in details. Made us understand about the sizes and materials.

Was helped by Lisa who was amazing at showing and telling us the process of purchasing the sofa and the qualities each sofa had. We were shown a recliner sofa which we loved. Would definitely recommend people to by their sofas from here.

No matter how big the brand is this branch is letting it down with poor customer service whereby the conversation was poor by the Staff & no courtesy shown by the manager. This place has variety but it’s like this, like it - take it or don’t bother as they have plenty of other clients. So your time is wasted & you mean nothing to them.
Manager was rude, tried to cut the conversation mid way & get thru to the point which I can understand but in the end walked away without any care. I hope the company looks into this carefully as customers are the ones looking for some comfort & understanding when buying a sofa which is not an item you pop out on a weekly or monthly basis to buy. I do not recommend this store due to rude behaviour.
