I received my new sofas before Christmas and absolutely love them! I'm really impressed by the quality of them after searching for a long time for a good quality sofa that wasn't way over my budget. I'm so so glad that I went with their stain resistant fabrics as they've been working wonders.

I purchased the Harper Sofa in stain resistant velvet grass and the Colorado sofa in stain resistant linen dove.

I bought a Chesterfield sofa bed from LYH about six months ago, and it's fantastic - excellent quality, gorgeous, and very comfortable. It still looks brand new despite living with dogs and kids (and clumsy adults) thanks to the fabric - everything wipes right off.
It was shipped exactly on time, with great communication throughout the process. The staff are all lovely. I really couldn't be happier - I've already recommended LYH to friends, and I'll keep recommending them.

We ordered a (very expensive) Chesterfield sofa and footstool from LYH. The sofa arrived and one arm had the fabric put on the wrong way round. We contacted LYH and they tried to claim it was 'because of the light from the window' (there was no window next to the arm) or maybe the 'the fabric is brushed the wrong way' (because perhaps I needed the technicalities of velvet explaining to me). This wasn't the case, it had been manufactured wrong.

They agreed to supply a replacement and we gave clear instruction that we wanted all the pieces of fabric facing the same way, as per the images on the website (where one arm of the sofas isn't significantly lighter than the other). The replacement arrived 6 weeks later and amazingly the fabric had been put on the reverse way round apart from one arm! So now the whole sofa was lighter than it was meant to be, with one dark arm. We rejected the delivey and are extremely disappointed that we are now stuck with a sofa with a manufacturing fault. For the price, this is totally unacceptable.

Very irritating and patronsiing communication from LYH throughout, and poor attention to detail in manufacture. I believe these are shipped in from Poland which may be the problem as I can imagine offshore manufacture is hard to manage for this sort of business.

The only positive things I have to say is that apart from the manufacturing faults the sofa is of nice quality and is comfortable, and that the delivery people were very good.

Definitely would not recommend.

We bought 2 sofas from Love Your Home for a beach side house we were renovating in 2016, we wanted comfort, style and flexibility from our choice..... we got that. After a lot of searching we visited LYH's amazing country show room, Leigh and his colleagues were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. They look amazing, and are too relaxing, its difficult to get the motivation to get up once you sit or lie on them. The setting, Leigh's dog, the coffee, the fabric choices........ what's not to like, go and see them. As clients and specifiers we highly recommend LYH.

We LOVE our new Love Your Home sofas! We took a trip to the showroom in Surrey in June and the lady was so helpful in guiding us through the different sofas. We ended up purchasing a blue velvet corner sofa and a smaller two-seater. Communication was great the whole way through and we received them within the 8 week window. The delivery men were very efficient and followed Covid-19 safety protocols. They took away all the packaging and we were left with our lovely sofas - a very easy process. The sofas are great quality and we love that they are completely bespoke. My sister has a Loaf sofa and this is WAY better quality! Actually had a terrible customer service experience with Loaf so I would much rather support a company like Love Your Home who offer the bespoke service. No need to plump up the cushions either; they return to their original shape immediately. I can highly recommend this company :)

A fantastic show room in Surrey. A range of designs from modern through to traditional and some great fabrics. Sofa was delivered by a high quality specialist furniture team. They were even able to take out a sash window to get the sofa in.

Build quality of frame seems really good and sturdy and it is comfy.

Terrible experience. Furniture delivered damaged and with poor finish. Shocking customer service getting this resolved (non-returned emails, lengthy delays in response, random emails from other parts of the business). Eventually managed to get someone to collect faulty products for repair, never heard back, despite chasing. Ran out of patience and cancelled. Avoid and stick to a more established brand. Would give a zero star review if I could.

If I could give 0 star, I would. I have had the worst experience with LYH, I was mis-sold a bespoke sofa after travelling into the showroom and asking several questions to get clarity on everything that was important to us. The team are really not knowledgeable, consultative and don't listen, which has led to a item being purchased which was the opposite to what we had asked for. The service from start to finish was awful, I raised my concerns of the entire process and tried to find a solution, which is unfortunately still unresolved (sofa purchased in April 2022 and delivered in July 2022), which just shows the level of poor service. I have contacted the owner to discuss the feedback and in hope to get to a solution, he will not respond to availability to have a call. I can't believe a business operates like this. Anyway, my advice would be do not invest with LYH, as you will be very disappointed with the process, experience, service and particularly after sales care.
