From my first meeting with Adam I was delighted with the great customer service, his genuine interest in helping me find the right furniture and the time taken to ensure I was 100% happy.

My items were delivered in good time and to the promised schedule. The fitters were very polite and took great care over my newly sanded wooden floors.

Overall I would 100% recommend this business and recommend customers take the time to explain to him exactly what they require as I’m certain with Adam’s knowledge of furniture he will be able to help you.

Had a fantastic service today looking for our new sofa. Elaine was brilliant with helping us choose the right sofa with lumbar support and also an added bonus of it being recliners.
We did not feel pressured into buying from the store. Looking forward to receiving our new sofa next year.

Adam and his team were fantastic to deal with, great knowledge of the products with a very personal approach. Our suite is amazing and Adam has followed up to see if we are happy. Nice to deal with a team who cares about you ! Would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful service from Natuzzi Aylesford. I placed my order on my second visit. I was helped by Elaine on both occasions. On the first visit she mocked up a picture of what I had asked for and emailed through measurements so I could double check the sizes at home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the build of the sofa and the different fabrics etc.When returning to the store we had a friendly welcome and service wasn’t pushy and was given plenty of time and offered a coffee. The order process was straight forward and all details double checked.
We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Natuzzi Aylesford. We are returning Natuzzi customers but first time customers for the Aylesford store.

If you're gonna rock into this place! Go and see Adam and his team! I ditched the idea of other companies because of their limited variations and pushy sales people! Adam tended to our needs mainly and we walked out happy and expecting our new sofa very soon! Don't go anywhere else. You wont find quality and product aftercare and support for the money anywhere else!

A well presented showroom with plenty of choice and options to suit all budgets. We visited after a recommendation from my son and his friend who purchased a sofa each recently. Adam is the go-to guy who has a lovely relaxed approach with no pushy ‘salesman’ tactics. The sofas are of beautiful design and quality that offer amazing aftersales care options. He looked after us and ensured our order was exactly what we hoped for and more with attention to detail. The rest of the team are also welcoming and friendly… DO NOT hesitate to visit as your first option for sofa shopping.
