Hoole Medi Spa

The beautician, who is also the new manager there was lovely. She spent time looking at my skin working out exactly what i needed. I brought 2 courses of treatments (6 sessions). After 2 sessions my skin is already looking clearer. I'm looking forward to my next treatment day this week.

A friend had bought me a Groupon' time out' voucher which I used today. Lizzie was my therapist and she was fabulous, she made me feel like a new woman. I felt totally relaxed all day.

I couldn't rate this salon more highly. I have had the most amazing experience from start to finish, the girls are just such beautiful souls, and helped make my first ever spray tan and treatment so stress free, a heartfelt and sincere thanks to Lizzie and Natasha particularly but the whole spa is just so well presented and set out, spacious, peaceful, aesthetically pleasing and immaculately clean.

Lizzie and Natasha dealt with me sensitively throughout I suffer with poor Mental Health and anxiety they helped me by making me feel at ease, having a pamper package is a whole new arena for me, I went for the pamper night out package which included a spray tan and Manicure 💅 at every opportunity I was reassured made to feel at ease 😊 these two ladies were the most genuinely nicest people I have met.

I came out of that spa feeling a million dollars, I am not body confident but Lizzie who did my spray tan, explained at every opportunity what she was gonna do how to get the most out of the tan, her attention to detail was obvious as she made sure that the tan was even, the glow was so beautifully stunning I came out feeling a million dollars ready for a night out within the little village of Hoole.

Anyone a little hesitant about getting any treatments please consider using this salon it's immaculately clean with a diverse range of treatments on offer to help make you feel a million dollars, because "we are all worth it"

Went for a tan. Barely acknowledged when the door were unlocked and treated like an inconvenience. My tan was delayed because the booth was in use, frustrating as I'd booked for that time. Asked to pay before the treatment to speed things up, which was fine but I was only spoken nicely to then for payment. Had to go back to reception to get advice on my tan because I didn't get the opportunity to ask any questions before the beautician left.
Only giving 3 stars because the woman at the reception was so friendly.

This is such a perfect location but unfortunately the treatments were not up to my first impressions of the premises
The organisation was poor and equipment was dirty
I went for a false tan treatment and the scrubbing brush resembled a horse brush which had never been cleaned and was hardly the exfoliation experience prior to my tan
Would not recommend

Love visiting Hoole spa for a dolly lash lift - Lisa is brilliant, very professional, lovely to chat to and my lashes always turn out beautifully!

Excellent hairdresser (Vicki) and she's marvellous at colouring. Nice place to get that natural blonde!
