Nike Factory Store

A good store but no help from staff in choosing any products. Product are at best price and well layout in the store. All sizes of shoes are not available.

Great Nike shop with genuine reductions I.e. 30 or 50% off already reduced clothing.
Prices could be clearer & large queues are only negative things. Friendly staff. If you are looking for Nike clothes in London this is the place to go!

Went shopping here with a couple of friends at 7pm and soon realised we spent the full hour in store before closing. It went past 8pm and the guys serving us were fantastic, Kai and Mason served my friends who continued to purchase closing time. Friendly and great customer service with a smile. Can see they were working hard organising the store closure.

Absolutely horrendous, stood in the queue for 20mins with only 2 tills. The 2 lads on them didn't care at all whilst 5 others stood and watched. The guy who finally served me had 3 people come back with tags left on. Such a shame as plenty on offer.

Not much selection with reduced price. Found air Nike I liked on shelf was told reduced £114 , one member of staff helped me well then took 20 mins with 3 phone calls to find shoes from new members of staff. Took another 10 mins find box get to sales and told price not reduced as returned sale. Does not make sense will never go that store again. Gone well down hill.

It's a smallish store in the O2. Last time I went there, there was a sale on and I got 3 pairs of trainers at half price. This time not so lucky, but still a good place for a good "Nike" bargin.

Vusyred towards closing time o a Saturday. It was chaotic inside, disorganised, and unhelpful staff. Hope to venture in another day at a more social hour. Hopefully will find some bargains.
