Great service ..got myself a hybrid bike thanks to a "cycle to work " perk provided via the company I work for and the customer service offered before and after the deal sealed was excellent 👍 5 stars! My gratitude and appreciation goes to Mr Adam (bike technician) in particular and Miss Laurie (manager) for their professionalism advising about the suitable bike for me ..guiding through the bureaucratic procedures related to the cycle to work scheme ..putting the bike together etc etc ..

Accessibility is mixed. The store is level with wide automatic doors and a good amount of space. There is a (small) lift to the upper floor. Sometimes you need to press the buttons twice to make it move. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Bike staff have helped me pump up/ check my wheelchair tyres which I really appreciate.

Unfortunately the tills are completely inaccessible. They are all automatic tills where you place all of your items into a bin to be scanned. These bins are too high and deep to see or reach into from a wheelchair. Information is displayed on a screen at standing height. Payment machines are also at standing height and can't be moved. Staff were helpful but I needed to hand them my phone to pay and was unable to check information myself. It's a real let down for an otherwise great store. I really hope they get an accessible till with a lower screen and payment machine and a lower or angled bin.

You can order online and collect in store. So far I've been happy with anything I've bought from there including some bike accessories that work well with my wheelchair.

I bought a bike here. Justin was most attentive and helpful, offering advice on models and accessories. The bike had to be ordered in but was fully assembled, set up and accessorised within two days.

Great service from the bike team, especially Justin who let me try lots of bikes, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for all the help!

Had a lovely experience I purchased a yoga ball and wanted to know were I could get a pump from I spoke to Michal a staff member who was happy to help and said he would pump it for me. He was kind and friendly and was happy to help also being pregnant I needed to take a seat and he allocated me a seat while he finished pumping the ball. He was on the top floor and wanted to say thank you to him for his efforts and help
