Buyer beware!!! If you order something online that’s not shipped by Decathlon you will not have free returns and be treated like garbage by their customer service. They basically want to operate like amazon selling other’s stuff taking commission but without proper customer service! Just buy the item directly from the seller and enjoy keeping the 10% commission that you don’t pay to this garbage store.

Great selection of gear for all sorts of sports. Bikes, fishing gear, inflatable boats, football loads more. We went here for some camping supplies. Very happy. We ordered an item to store on Saturday and it arrived Monday.
Staff here have been helpful. I spoke with a lady, a guy an security staff vthey were all nice and helpful.
Very glad to have this store here.

Excellent shop with a broad selection of equipment at very reasonable prices. On my last trip unfortunately I was unable to find the item I required as it was out of stock however I did end up buying several other items and left with a smile. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nina was extremely helpful and friendly. She guided me with no hesitation and with filling willingness explaining offers that were on, hence saving me money. 10 stars.

Helpful staff, reasonable prices and in general good quality things. I've never walked out empty handed :-) you can also order online and collect there. One of my favourite sports shops, recommended.

First time to buy in this store which is my nearest. Usually went to Surrey Quays. Cliff bars are less than £1.99 everywhere else. Informed Nina whi was helpful in helping me go online for the draw and downloading my Decathlon card.
