Found easy enough after going to the previous place (Manhattan Marketing) to buy a new school sweater for my son. Nice and roomy with all schoolewear for each school on display (as display only) so I asked at the counter for what I needed and the friendly young man went to see if they had it in stock, less than 3 minutes later he came back with it. Thanks 👍

Always had an issue with the opening times, not open on weekends. As a single parent and working full time, it is virtually impossible to get your child down there to size up for new/replacement uniform.

Stay clear, 3 week turn around is false, an order was placed 6th April and completed on the 6th June, customer service were very blasé about the delay and couldnt care less...stars are only for the tailor shop workers!!

Stay very clear! I never leave reviews but people need to know of the extremly poor costumer service this company gives when things go wrong!!
My team made a rather large order in February where they missed out on making my hoodie, we were promised it would be ready in a few(too many) weeks due to high demand, it then had something wrong with it so could not be collected and when I today, 28th June, drove the 15+ miles to collect it they had made it in the wrong colour, and blaming an apprentice who's no longer there?! They have made no attempt of compensation for the ridiculous amount of time this has taken and when I asked if I could have the faulty one as comp. they simply said they can't give it away for free, but the answer to what they're going to do with it was "we will probably give it to charity or something"...FOR FREE?! The new hoodie will be ready next week apparently, one competition left this year so not very useful!!

They also spellt my team mates name wrong and told her she needs to give the faulty top back and wait 6-8 weeks for the new one, that's most of the season gone! And the tops were a different colour to what they should have been, and again would have had to wait most of the season to get new ones.

If anyone has read this far - There's many other better companies out there, use them instead!!

Got all my children's school uniform from here the clothes are good quality and wash really well staff are polite and friendly

Received my order with personalised embroidery. Half of the order was with upper case, the other half with lower case and they refused to rectify the issue the way I wanted.

I'm waiting for 5 white polo shirts from July. they were supposed to be ready on September 12. it's October 5 and I still don't have them. I sent two e-mails but nobody wrote back. I called but he said he didn't know when they would be ready. he was going to check it out and call it back. he did not call back. Just waste of money because I need order it from sew sew groseinon

Well what can you say about these then, so dysfunctional unorganised and unprofessional. If we didn't have to buy football kit from there I wouldn't missed a - and took months for shocks. Boxes all over the floor from orders and delivery can not understand how there still in business.
