Should be less than one star..

Disinterested staff, moving at the speed of a snail, brought the wrong shoe for the second half, took an age to bring it and couldn't even muster an apology when pointed out.

I assume Sports Direct are simply not interested in the two pairs of trainers I've just bought in JD Sports..

Guess what lads!! .... in a round about way we pay your wages, The day everyone goes to JD Sport because they are 'interested' is the day you are out of a job!!

Had a really horrific experience this afternoon,
I went to the store with my partner and new born to buy a tracksuit for myself, the store was empty and while my partner was looking for the tracksuits I were just finishing my ice cream,
One of the staff (male with glasses) came towards us with attitude told me I am not aloud to have ice cream in the store and I have to leave till I finish my ice cream, I did as been requested and tried to look for the signs as I couldn’t locate it on the entrance.
At that point I were nearly finished my ice cream and I did ask him can you show me where this has been located?
Then he showed me where it was, I did say sorry as it was not visible and while he was right in my face he says:
All ready told you finish your ice cream before you come back, now get out of my SHOP!

I was shocked, in that point I couldn’t see any point to argue with him and we just left.
Really disappointed how me and my partner were treated, 0 customer service!
Time was around 1400-1500.

I hope you train your staff to talk with respect with your costumers.

Completely disinterested staff, stood around checkout area chatting. Had to seek them out to ask for assistance with shoes. Asked for some trainers for my son to try on, had to ask another 2 times before they actually arrived, couldn’t be bothered to queue as only 1 person in tills and a long queue whilst the other staff chatted. Left empty handed and Won’t return.

They had just what I needed and a good price. I had to go hunting for some staff so I could pay but the staff were very quick to help me.

Cheap but not particularly cheerful. Impressive range, but make sure you are certain before you buy as refunds are store credit only.

Very good except staff are few. But saying that the one that helped us was very helpful...

It's ok, quite well stocked and kept pretty tidy and clear especially compared to other Sports Direct shops around.
The changing room isn't that big, right next to the till and you need to be let in by staff.

On my last visit the person who served me seemed to be in a good mood which was a welcomed change to what I'm accustomed to in there.
I feel for them in there, something further up when the staff seem consistently unhappy and unmotivated.
It is normally a place I dislike going if I have to ask someone for something in there but if needs must I will go because they do have a wide selection of sporting goods and footwear.

Very busy the staff were doing their best coping with the whole thing then someone turned up and tried to tell them off about the whole thing instead of helping out
