Very futuristic style store with a great range, found exactly what I wanted, after a bit of looking. (rollaskates just incase you was wondering)

Right the reason for my one star review, I entered the shop with my girlfriend and was instantly stopped by a worker after taking a sip of my drink, (can of diet coke) in a rude manner he said "You can't drink that in here go outside and finish it, then you can come in" I said that's fine I'll just hold it I won't drink it "No food or drink allowed" he said. I was looking around for a bin and then he said "ima let you off this one time"

I'm a customer and I was spoken to like this... you've lost my business and I won't be making another purchase in this branch.

NO CASH REFUNDS. What other chain does not give cash refunds? There's a little dark grey sign with black writing on the till telling you this which is very hard to see. I guess damaging the item to get a refund is illegal, and I guess they would have to cash refund. I'm not saying do that! All the staff are slow and miserable in this branch.

Walked around store trying to find someone to help me. Some one came and went off to find the trainers I wanted to try on. She came back with wrong size and just put the box down and then disappeared again. I just walked out thought she was rude

Nicely decorated. However, customer service could do with some serious, SERIOUS improvements. Particularly, training your checkout staff not to go "UGGGHH" when the customer points out the price on the box of the product is different than the scanning price.

They charged me double what I was meant to lay and told me I’d get my money back in 4-5 days, it’s been a week now and I’ve been told it could be 28 days. Workers have no idea what they’re doing. Charged me £124 instead of £62. Avoid this terribly unorganised shop.

Good luck getting anyone to help you if you want trainers. Spent 5 waiting/looking for someone, and finally asked at the till. Just got told "Someone should be there". So I left.

Does anyone even work here? Terrible service. You have a security guard standing by the door doing nothing and I wanted to get a pair of shoes walking around looking for someone and there was literally nobody to help! People behind tills said they couldn't so walked out and won't be going again. Do you not want our money??! If your going to sell high end products at least ensure you have staff available to help customers. Won't be open for longer than another 12 months if you don't improve on this as I heard various others who were frustrated for same reason and walked out.

Staff are very unhelpful, the security guard was creepy and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
