Fair play to the manageress. I had removed tag from rucksack which was too small. The counter girl spotted it and informed the manager. She came over and said she would swap it this time but not another time. Unusual for Sports Direct who like to make returning items problematic.

Take their no refund policy, isn't this a breach of consumer rights?

Was a few months ago now, but ended up in an argument with the shop manager. She thought she was the queen of the retail world. When in reality she was more Waynetta Slob. Went in to get essentials. Paid. While leaving a staff member was was swearing at a customer arguing. I asked her if she thought it was appropriate to swear in front of my three children (two with autism that repeat everything they hear), and she even tried to justify why it was okay. I asked to speak to the manager and guess what. I already was.
Unbelievable. Disgusting.
Not given them a penny since.
I'd advise going online or using a different branch.

Good shop apart from never get size 12 use online much better..

This store is awful, they couldn't get more stock in there if they tried! Its cramped and the general appearance of the store is poor. Don't even bother asking for help because the staff are all too busy to attend to a customer or sigh at you when you ask for help.

Under Covid-19 Pandemic I couldn't return trainers back within 28 days but no compromise there. And now you got my money but I I have got trainers wrong size. I know you strick with rules but under circumstances! Come on! Some people have to isolation and unemployed. Enjoy with my money. Well done!

Excellent customer service from Sittingbourne branch. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Perhaps Sheerness staff need to do some training here.

The go-to place for sportswear to suit any budget. Staff are helpful and friendly. Packed store on two floors.

They only offer a credit note if you buy something in store and would like to return it for whatever reason. I returned a tracksuit as it was half the price in JD sports. This policy was not made obvious to be when the items were purchased. I will be buying elsewhere from now on. Such a shame as it is one of the few places in town to buy mens/boys clothes.
