Also they Taylor for the larger + sized man like myself

Staff doesn't know what they are doing or can't really answer questions about pricing or stock.
Other weekend went to buy trainers on sale , found my size in a box was one shoe so asked staff to give me other one and after 10 min looking he couldn't found it, so just took that box out of stock with one trainer. Disappointed with that bought another pair instead.
Week laiter went same shop to buy backpack, found a bag on discount for £5, at the checkout lady wanted to charge me £20.
Apparently someone labelled this item incorrectly buy mistake. Again disappointed with that chose other bag more expensive, while browsing for new bag saw staff have put back out trainers with one shoe, just for interesed checked the box on a top was right size inside wrong, this will leave another customer unhappy if they will decide buy thise trainers.
Right back to backpack went home and checked their website and that backpack I wanted to buy is £4.99. Next day went back to shop and asked why is that that they tried charge me £20 if online stock costs £4.99 she couldn't answer but said she can match the price and charge me for delivery....sorry what delivery?!stock is in store, why do I need to pay for delivery ...staff is very unprofessional, prices don't match with stock online, one big mess is that shop.

A staff member working this evening made it clear in the shop that she wasn’t happy people were shopping at 7:30pm on a Friday night. The young lady at the till was very apologetic, well done, I was so impressed how you dealt with it.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
I bought a knee support, they advised me very well and they prioritise me due I was using crutches to walk. Highly recommended. Great offers as well.

Was super busy today for bank holiday Monday. The shoe area downstairs was bustling with people which looked like an extremely stressful environment but the staff were focused, kind and helpful and despite the rush one colleague spent time with me while I tried to track down the asics I wanted to see if I could get them from another store.

Was very disappointed in this sport direct found the staff very unhelpful. Wonted to try trainers on but they've got no shoe horns to help try them on and the staff can't recommend any trainers so I left without anything.

Just bought a pair of sketchers golf shoes for winter didn't know they done golf footwear luckily the guy that served me did very helpful and 20 notes cheaper than amazon 😀

Lot better prices than the Norwich store, lot more selection too
