Prices are great and that's where it ends. The service was absolutely shocking. SO bad that I almost walked out. The guy who "helped" me could barely give me the time of day. He didn't explain the pay system, where I must pay etc. I actually didn't know he was finished with me after I said I'd take the pair I had.
I WON'T be supporting this particular store again. I'm happy to give the name of the useless salesman if needed!!!
Cashier was a bit better, but not much...

Good sized store with decent stock but absolutely shocking that the AC was not working in most of the store. Felt like a sauna and whilst the country is on high alert due to the extreme weather too!

Felt so sorry for the workers having to took in that hear. I was sweating in less than 5 minutes. Criminal to not have adequate ventilation in a large store.

Easy to find the footwear you want and other clothing items etc! The team at the front entrance bit are helpful, polite & friendly. The staff on the till are awful as usual. Not one word spoken at all. No customer service whatsoever. I think its Sports Direct Company Poicy. I only shop here as they are cheaper then the other leading stores.

Decent kit at decent prices. Three floors of ladies, kids and mens wear. They need more mirrors to view clothes being tried on. Staff are polite and helpful.

Service is very worst. If there is an option to give zero rating then I would have gone for that.The jumper which I bought was missing the price tag and the lady who was there in the billing counter asked me to go(from ground floor to 1st floor) and bring the similar jumper which is having the price tag in it. Instead she can call someon from their team to check it. This is how they will do the customer assistance?

Bought some trainers and took them home, only later to realise there was a fault with the sole, it was deattached from the top on the front. The next day when I went to return the item they said they don't do returns, however I was not told this as I was buying the product and the staff just told me that I should read the signs around the shop that say their refund policy??? I have also worked in retail myself before, I know that you must inform the customer verbally that the store does not do refunds if that is the case and if there is a problem or fault with the product and it is returned withing 14 days you must give a refund or store credit depending on what the customer wants. Terrible store and terrible staff, would give 0 starts if I could

Just note that this is not the first time it happened. I came to East Ham branch to purchase couple items, when i reached the cashier it turned out that 1 of the items did not have a barcode, so the cashier asked other members of staff (also a cashier) to check for barcode, but at the same time she received personal phone call (on the mobile chatting in foreign language) and walked off, when I asked to be served she said sorry, i have a phone call, so now nor me, nor others could buy anything because cashier is dealing with her personal matter during work. The place is a joke with either no management or with very weak management

No store manager , the tag price is one and when you go to pay is another price and the excuse was we didn't had time to change it plus the girl called Bianca she should go to the school to learn what means customer service.
