Sports Direct

Deserves no stars. My son wanted to try trainers in his size but could not find a member of staff. Aporoached a sullen young male assistant replenishing bags and asked if he could help only to be brusqely told to find a colleague in the middle of the shop. When we said that there was no no one there he replied there should be and continued his task. We looked but found no colleagues. Consequently we walked out of the shop appalled at the experience and went to JD Sports and spent our money there. Won't be shopping in Sports Direct again.

Would give no stars if I could. Been in this store a handful of times and always the same awful experience.
The guy who served me which I think was a manager/supervisor definitely needs to take a course in customer service. Very abrupt, felt like he didn't actually want to serve me and get me trainers, doesn't look at you when he answers questions just carrys on what he's doing with his head down, no hello or goodbye even when he's standing at the door. Just aimlessly staring out to the back of the escalator....probably planning his escape. It's shocking. It's a shame you very rarely come across decent customer service these days

Please be aware of the girl who works in that store.

Date of visit Monday the 20th of January. Her description. Pale, No makeup, Overweight lazy lump, Long dark straght unstyled hair, Very grumpy facial expressions never smiles. She made me feel like a complete nuisance in that shop she was staring at me and watching me it was horribly uncomfortable.

Be aware of the very rude unwelcoming manager. Short grey/black hair, stocky build, in his late 40s (Very nasty man) Also the girl in that shop makes you feel like your a Nuisance. Awful nasty bunch!

Brought trainers at £79.99 and within a week the coulor was coming out the trainers and the bottom part of the shoe was coming apart.
Took them back for a refund and I was told they don't refund due to company policy. I was not even aloud to swap them for anything or receive a credit note because the shoes was worn outside and staff thought I had deliberately damaged the shoes to get a refund. Now I'm stuck with damaged shoes. What a waste of money.

Everyone please avoid this shop!

Deserves no stars, staff member was blunt and rude, felt like he couldn't be bothered to help us with shoes. I thought he had gone to get my shoes I asked for but after about 10 minutes of waiting patiently I found out he had gone on his lunch break. Thank you for telling me! The other staff member was busy with other customers and I was now back in a waiting queue. I could not be bothered to wait any longer so I went to jd and spent my money there. I don't think I'll return here

Good shop with a really good variety of products! From swim wear to trainers. Nice selection and lots of space. Staff helpful supervisor lady was nice 👏👍

Pretty good prices, especially for trainers. Every time I go to pay I have to wait what seems like forever for a staff member to notice me, and more often than not they act extremely disinterested.
