Visited JD Sports in Kingston to get my daughter some new trainers, I was having quite a difficult time with my daughter having toddler tantrums and Naveed was very patient, attentive and helpful in helping us find the right pair of trainers suited for our needs. Shopped here for the last 6 years or so, good store just needs to be bigger as Saturdays can be packed!
Some of the staff can be a bit dim but then what do you expect I guess.
Can be expensive if you’re used to sports direct but then it’s a nicer place experience and nicer stuff!

Hopeless service, disinterested staff. Staff would prefer you didn't ask them for anything including to actually pay for something

It's always great to visit this place since they have good offers and other discounts; I would love to get all my sneakers here!!!
Easy way to grab whatever we want and not to worry about the brands, since we can find all the varieties in a single place!!!

Tuesday 27th came in to buy track pants ask if I could try them on in there fitting rooms was told thay are not open no reason giving ,not going to buy colths if I can not try them on as there were change rooms very poor attitude thay had enough staff

The manager treats the stuff with disrespect.
Seen it with my own eyes, appalling and outrageous specially in front of customers.

Dissapointing, mainly men's selection of clothing, and a small corner for ladies. Come on JD make it 50/50.
