Arrogant and rude attitude of staff, unfortunately spoils the experience. I was about to buy trainers, my daughter tried and sales person told us to come to the till. When we approached the till there was no other customer in front of us but suddenly couple came from behind and the other member of staff refused to serve me saying they have been waiting before me, petty they weren't there when I came to the till. But I didn't want to get into argument and left the shop instead, as there other shops with much more pleasant staff. Their loss not main.

Arrogant staff. No customer service. More interested in dancing and trying to look cool than helping people. Would not use JD sports again

I've never liked this particular store on the basis of the attitude of staff, size of the shop and I find it's always hot in there, even in winter. I only go in there if we urgently need something, otherwise I shop at another branch or online.

My daughter wanted something to wear to her leavers party later on that day. She couldn't decide and the ones that she picked were way over priced. Bearing in mind that she will grow out of it so we had to take our time and look for something reasonably priced. At some point, we briefly left to go and checkout another shop but couldn't find what she wanted so we ended up back in this store again. I felt we were being watched. The staff weren't even discreet about it. Don't talk about customers when there are other shoppers in the store. I have never stolen anything in my iife.

In the end, I had to pressure my daughter into finding something so we could pay and leave.

Bought some Air Max 95, got served right in the trainer Area, there was no need to queue up. Excellent service. I have wanted these trainers for a while, glad to finally have them now.

Crawley JD manager I don’t know he’s name but he is so rude I bought one shoes 145 pound but is not comfortable and I go for return that shop but he didn’t give me refund and I was requesting hem can you please give me gift card because in a resip thay can do return or they can give gift card but he didn’t give me and also behaviours are not good and I go Brighton they give me gift card and i short out in Brighton

should deserve a raise they have good communication skills and they are the best emploues out of all of them

Great shop, great products shame about staff. Went in on a Sunday afternoon to change a present I had been bought. Asked if they could check if they had my size, was told I had to find it and check on Rail. Explained I didn't purchase it so didn't know where to look. She replied ask one of my colleagues only to get same response from her.
Very disappointing present will just be wasted.

Loved it the male staff was very helpful the two female staff was chatting to each other behind the counter
