Rude staff and Manager, poor attitude towards customers.I got fooled to buy a rain protector and cleaner spray set. I only used the rain protector once and now I can no longer get rid of the bad chemical odour out of my shoes. Please don't use it. My request for refund was rejected.

You can always find something in great price. I like buying shoes there. The store is well stocked but it's clattered, difficult to walk around. Usually there are cues at the checkout. But you get a bargain.

Price was on box £37 and ask for £57.
Not helpful at all please avoid if you can.

Stood at the till for 10 minutes and no staff. I looked around for any staff members and couldn't find any. Eventually someone shouted at me from the stairs saying "I'll be back in a bit" but ignored me when I said I've been here 10 minutes. Dumped my stuff and left. Another lady also waiting did the same! Spoke to the CCTV guy on the way out and I told him they've just lost 2 sales, and he said "they have cut all their hours so there's no staff to serve until 11am" and it was 10.25am on a Monday morning. Ridiculous honestly! No wonder the hours are being cut because you're losing money..... From not having staff to serve 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Had the worst experience at Sports Direct Greenford. There were not enough staff at the shop floor and all members of staff would go in the back, whilst customers required trainers for different sizes. I personally had to wait 30 mins whilst a staff member brought the trainers of my choice

Wow great customer service from Adam in the store helped me find the things I was looking for and really made it an easy and quick experience for me very good with customers and really helpful really help with advice in sizes and what availability there was on show

Please avoid this store or sports direct in general, when you buy a shoe they don’t tell you that there’s is no refund and it’s only exchange or credit note.

When I explained to the manager that the sales person did not inform me of the refund policy I was told there is a not on the stairs to explain that not at the til we’re you go to buy the item. The item is also damaged however the store manager said that’s just double stitching and it’s not classed as damaged, there are no documentation in store to explain what is classed as damaged.

I would highly recommend shopping from elsewhere.
