JD Sports

As this is local to me I will tend to only go in if I really have to. It is a smaller shop so in terms of clothes it is only better for men and not women or children. They mainly do shoes and do have a good selection in all areas. When I go in the music is very loud which I feel is not needed as I feel when your asking for something your shouting above the music and not great if you have young children. There seems to be a lack of staff in the shop swell. There is normally one person behind the till dealing with payments and one person dealing with the shop floor taking shoe size orders and going to look for them, so while they are gone your left standing and waiting for ages and then when they do come back your still waiting while they go back to the customer they were first dealing with. Need more staff to attend to those who are waiting.

The guys serving were polite and quick..
The women serving was abrupt , rude and very obnoxious.. the 2 stars are for the men and minus 2 stars for her of i could !!

Love this shop but staff need to improve as they are miserable. Carrying on like they can't be bothered no customer service skills. Very poor

Staff have zero customer service skills, no greeting, no please and thank you, no conversation, nothing. Genuinely hate shopping in this store, walked in only out of desperation!

RUDE. UNFRIENDLY. ZERO CUSTOMER OR PEOPLE SKILLS. Won’t be going again. Awful.
