I dont write reviews too often but being a regular customer of sport direct what happened in this few weeks especially today, has forced me to write it. I have recently move to this area and This particular sport direct shop in Folkestone, I found it quiet unwelcoming. Especially the boys and girls so called staffs are not helpful at all. They are very straight forward in a rude manners and behave as not wanting to help at all. they are not approachable and lack the customer service ethos. I feel so uncomfortable and will never go to that place again.

Bought a few clothes for my son to try on at home. Despite having kept quite a lot, they wouldn't refund the returns, credit note only. They really need to look after their customers better.

Shopped here today on 23August. Very helpful member of staff. The young man was Pleasant ,interested and was customer focused .Having been in the shoe trade myself for many years, I thought this member of staff offered excellent customer service skills. Well done.

Visited today and was waiting at the till waiting to pay for a few minutes before anyone even noticed me. When a member of staff eventually came over not a word was said to greet me or say sorry I had been kept waiting. Customer service rubbish! O nearly asked her if she hates her job because she looked unhappy.

I ordered a white bikini as wanted to take advantage of the lovely weather however what arrived was not only broken but worn! The fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic and I was sent clearly worn clothes is disgusting. I have contacted customer services several times and have been asked to send photos. I have now sent photos 4 times and each time I have then been ignored for 3-4 days. When I chase it I am again asked to provide photos. Disgusting customer service.

Noticed the plain England T-Shirts that were £7.99 kids and £9.99 adults last week before they got through to the semi’s has now risen to £12.99 each. Mentioned it to their sales rep that couldn’t barely be bothered to even talk to any customers in the 1st place and he just shrugged his shoulders and said ‘yeh, well it’s only a few quid’. Nice one sports direct for jumping on the band wagon. Well done. Great staff too.
