Sports Direct

Went to Sports Direct Lichfield this morning. Asked for help to buy some trainers for exercise. Was very impressed with the help from Katy, she had a lot of advise and knowledge for getting the appropriate ones and I was extremely pleased with my buy.

The shoes are really expensive, they sell baseball bats with one ball each they should sell refill packs for baseballs, other than that it's great, amazing customer service

Very rude employees,not helpful and bad customers service, or change few employees or really are going to lose a lot of customers, me sure im not going to come back and sure im not going to suggest this shop, also im going to explain what they are doing on the shop with the clients

Cannot believe how rude the staff are.
I waited at the till to pay for goods, while an assistant chatted to her colleague.
Eventually paid for the items without the assistant even giving eye contact (too busy chatting).
Appalling customer service

The worst customer service provided by one of the employer. I'm sure I'll never return in there.

Your staff - mainly a woman with bleached blonde hair thinks it’s ok to discuss customers and talk about their clothing so loud that they can hear from the next isle. Very rude unhelpful staff.

It's sports direct! They're all the same, cheap, owned, own label brands and out of date stock, if I could get the same stuff elsewhere at that price I would.

Friendly staff, and a good stock range.
