staff doing discrimination with people.
Most staff are like students they dont have experience of life, so how they will respect for people? How they will come to know how much time is precious and valuable?.
Yesterday I ask to the staff to check only size of the shoes whether they have or not but they kept for me waiting around above 15 minutes nobody ready to serve and they was chatting between each other someone says he will come and other one says she will come then she says he will come. Even they don't know to talk proper manner.even matured lady also talks with rude voice as I requested to her to send someone, she replies me back with rude voice “you have to stand the area from where you want the product”.
Now if no one there for 5 minutes anyone will move to look/search the staff right? This is not the NHS or any Government office to stand there and somebody will come to see you right????.
Everybody know UK time is very valuable.
If asian and other person choose same brand and same item both will pay same equal amount. then why difference??
Sports Direct You Need To Give More Attention as customer’s are always valuable. You need to remember always that because of the customers your business running.
Need to give more training to your staff and need to teach them how to give equal same treatment for everyone.
If the staff is asian you need to train them proper customer service or you need to train them how to speak with the customers.
I email directly that night on 24/12/2022 in helpcentre SportsDirect UK. But today 14/1/2023 I got reply from SportsDirect Malaysia. Not an answer or reply from SportsDirect Feltham.
I purchased the item in the SportsDirect Feltham Shop directly. I bought one pair of Adidas sports shoes on Christmas Eve but was charged twice for this one item. I have received 2 sales vouchers for that payment that need my signatures, but the cashier supervisor insisted for me to pay another time due to not having a sale receipt printed. I have already told them that the first payment was charged to my visa debit card, but she insisted that I pay for a second time. My visa debit card has been charged at 18:15 and 18:19 on 24/12/2022 in the store (UK time) and Malaysia time as 25/12/2022 02:16 and 02:19 (in visa debit card transaction). While waiting for my bank onlines notifications, the store is hurrying me to close, not by words but by gestures. When I checked the transaction of this payment, yes, it was charged twice. Please check the store CCTV for more evidence. And, my flight back to Kuala Lumpur from London is at 10:25 25/12/2022 (UK time), so I can't go back to the store. Please help me to revert back the charge. Attached is a receipt evidence on approval code 102752 and 100255 and the store sales voucher and store sale receipt for your references.
