JD Sports

Good store with variety of sport clothes and shoes. Some Staff attitude could improve though .

Good customer service, not many items on sale. I Bought three trainers, didn't get any discount. The usual range of trainers as should be expected from any JD sports stores.

The manager of this store need to get retrained and read his contract!
I bought tracksuit bottoms they had a hole in when I went to put on.. I went back to store knowing I always go in there.. the other staff all know me as I'm a regular.. I went to change the bottoms the manager said no!

He needs to go!
Ladies from shop floor sorted it all out. I'll get both these ladies names they are the best of JD SPORTS.

better check the price at JD sports website before paying, nearly got charged more at the till, store staff said that the price sticker was wrong, funny enough I just came out from another JD store on Hounslow high st, same shoes, same price sticker, if they had my size, I wouldn't comment here (treaty centre JD tel ending 997) if it's caused by a scanner issue, plz fix asap, cos it made you look very dishonest.

Terrible service. She was trying to do 3 things while serving me, she got the price wrong in the end and tried to over charge me. I see on the messeges below that this is normal. Rude service and overcharging and took double time to process.

JD has two stores on the high street oh Hounslow. The one inside the treaty center is the biggest and has more choice. JD has been supplying the latest and greatest branded street-style and sports fashion goods with many of exclusive products. Nike, Adidas, Fila, HA and many more.

Very poor service, the guy never explains as to which shoes meets my needs. He's quite rude and also he socialises with other customers while I have to wait for other shoes to try on. I didn't come to waste my time, only to buy the right shoes. Plus he gets irritated when I asked to try more on. It's a part of his job to deliver good customer service 👎

Worst shopping experience in this store. Staff more interested in chatting to each other than working. It was a chore to them to get a shoe for me which took 20 minutes from asking to receiving. Many other stores have much quicker and higher standards than this store. They need to try much harder to even be a good store!
