Absolutely dreadful customer service. Wanted to return skateboard that was full of splits after 2 days of use. Matt the store manager told me that I must have been bashing it and then just walked away. Then one of the employees told me that I caused them a greaviance.

AVOID this branch unless you want to be treated like rubbish.

Absolutely disappoint. Bought item, didn't fit, can't get refund. Without telling before you pay, turned out you only can exchange or they giving you credit note so you have to waste your money in the shop even if you do not want to. To all please think before you buy anything in this or any Sport Direct shop because you won't be able to get your money back I'd anything not fitting it feeling right with item. Only if item damaged then you will get money back ( got it?). Absolutely disgusting. Never ever would shop in this place again. Customer service disappointment. I know my right as consumer and I'll make sure anyone hear about this. They will keep your money even if you not buy anything as credit note only valid for 2 years. I loosing money just because company want to earn money without selling staff. Absolutely disgusting.

Worst customer experience ever experienced at the Corby branch. The two young girls working were the most unhelpful workers and would of been easier to talk to a brick wall. They seemed so diss interested and all they wanted to do is get back on their phones and ended up with the advice go have a look yourself. What's happened to customer service!

Brilliant experience at this store. We were helped by a salesman named Frankie who was courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend you ask for this young man and he will help you find what you need. We left Happy thanks to Frankie.

Had to ask twice for help. Twice the person i asked said "there's someone there, they'll just be serving someone else". On both occasions they were not, i hunted around the shop and had to ask again for help"
No knowledge of products when asking questions.
Asked for a trainer size, the response was "you want the cheaper ones?" Basically trying to humiliate me for wanting the less expensive trainers.
More interested in sorting out a sock rack rather thsn helping people!
If the staff don't want to be there, get a job somewhere else!

Don’t Go to Corby sports direct . Rude staff. They don’t know how treat customers. There’s a illiterate rude man with black hair and black frame specs, treats me very rudely like I came to buy free.

Absolutely useless place.none of the kids in there know the first thing about most of the sporting equipment they sell....and if you are trying to phone the store forget it,they just hang up on you no matter how many times you ring.

Plenty of sports gear at the decent price, large choice
