Clean and organised. Understandably busy because of the bank holiday but I was not greeted on entering and even though I walked around like a lost child no-one asked if I needed help. After I flagged down an employee he was helpful and answered my questions very knowledgeably.

Went looking for a size 12 pair of shoes and there was nothing so ended up ordering a pair that I don't know about. After a 2 day wait I went again to realise that the shop assistant ordered the wrong color and I returned it on the spot. There was nothing else and the manager and the shop assistants weren't caring much about my time being wasted there. A few days later I ordered a pair of Nike Air Max 270 through the JD sports App and the order is still in the process of getting confirmed. No one could tell its date of arrival. Horrible experience. I would not recommend it for people who're looking for oversized shoes.

Excellent service at the till but floor staff are miserable.. not very good for customers to see.

I do not recommend it, the deputy manager is bigger blonde, she mocks her clients, is not polite, unable to answer when the manager returns from vacation. Very bad service

I've always been very satisfactory with the professional approach with this shop.
And more so now.
I purchased 2 items prior to Xmas.
When opening the bag i discovered 1 item.
The staff were brilliant to investigate this further. And to my surprise, both items had been put in the drawstring bag i had been given. Video evidence was shown to me to back this up via a phone. God only knows where this item is! But clearly it was in my bag when i left the shop.

I used to shop all the time at JD however I've found that they have become Limited in their offer mainly 1-2 styles in different colours and costs have become quiet expensive so they are in danger of offer high end and not being high street.
