From the DJ to the sale selection and in house barber. The concept behind this store is cutting edge. A fabulous image and shopping experience. Staff were friendly. I can't wait to go again!

Visited adidas Westfield after years and it is amazing! You could spend a weeks wages in there and still actually have more to buy. Love their new summer range, really good quality designs. Definitely worth a visit!

They made my purchase difficult from start to finish.

I bought on the Adidas website with a discount and I chose this store to get my sneakers, because of the discount they acted with prejudice against me, they didn't provide a good service.

First they wanted to sell me a sneaker that was not new, like new, claiming that they no longer had the number 9. However, I asked another seller to take the number 9 and this seller did not know about my problem, to my surprise he returned with a new number 9 sneaker in the box. For me who bought at a discount they didn't have the number 9, but if another customer wanted to buy it paying the full amount they had it.

Due to the false information given to me, I decided to take the number 8.5 previously, but realizing that it was a lie, I decided to change the tennis 8.5 to the 9, and again they created another problem. THEY DIDN'T WANT TO EXCHANGE THE SHOES MAINTAINING THE DISCOUNT, they claimed that if I wanted to exchange, I would have to pay the full amount, that is, I would have to pay another £48 just for them to exchange the number.

Prejudice, lies, forced me to pay an additional amount to change my sneakers, created unnecessary problems, and after all that I preferred to go home without my sneakers.

I was very surprised by the fashion in this store I am a keen Addidas shopper but this store was not at all my idea of dun or fashionable I would be amazed if anyone would be seen in the streets dressed in this gear. I found one pair of trainers which if a gun to my head scenario happened I would chose and they were £200. Hello 200 quid for trainers £Uck.

Probably the worst shop I have ever been to. Service and customer experience non existent, may as well call it Addidas museum.

Large store, excellent layout.
Divided into sections for different sports so easy to find what your looking for.

Just bought some football boots for my son. Amazing experience, they have a caged room with felt on the floor which you can run around in with your studs and kick the ball, practice kick ups, use cones to practice dribbling and there's a wall you can kick the ball against which allows you to train your shots. It's very clever, you need to hit all the squares on the wall to light them up one by one. We had a lot of fun and bought the boots with confidence. Then we got a 20% discount by downloading the Adidas app. A truly 5 star experience.

This store specialises in 1) football and 2) women sports bras.

Was told this a few hours ago. If you’re into running, they don’t specialise in that.
