Hello this is a regular costumer who’s spend every month £80 - 90 pounds regarding the comments I bought a pair of adidas men shoes I wearing them just for 3 days it was almost make me disable the condition of shoes are so bad I think this company based in Croydon town centre absolutely fraud they don’t even care about their own customers they’re there to just make money but same time cost the people a lot of health damage and economic damage too the council needs too check them with which standards they’re importing the shoes in uk they most be aware that they will chase council health and safety issues. The people who want to buy shoes they most spend money on some shops who really give them good products not just pay as you go that’s absolutely fraud

I would choose 0 stars if that were an option. My friend bought a pair of trainers advertised at £23 yet when she went to he till it came up to £26. The staff member insisted that the barcode was different and informed us in a dismissive, passive aggressive manner while eye rolling. The explanation of the incorrect barcode did not justify such rude behaviour. She should not be working in customer service.

Poor service ever in my life 👎 more than 20 people in the queue only one person serving. No intention to serve staff walking here and there. To buy a Nike trainer 45 minutes was in the que. Just poor service. Ignore the store.

OK if you know exactly what you're looking for but staff are not helpful and queues always move slowly.

Refused entry to a legally blind individual with a Guide Dog in October 2022. Still no apology. No one who knows any of the legal expectations and rights of a person with a disability. Clearly need training and educating!
