Nice shop with a good selection of goods on offer at extremely good prices.
However the staff numbers are low and you rarely find anybody free or eager to help.
Fantastic carpark facilities.

Not my favourite shopping choice as I find the store overwhelming with clothing and accessories jam packed, difficult to view and no clear aisles, making it hard to navigate the store. Some items are so high up, it is impossible to reach and often there is no staff member to ask for assistance. The same goes for the shoes, where you have to wait ages to get the size you require from the store room.

If you do find something, it is often at a good price but you feel like you have been on a real mission to get it. I only go here if I have not found what I want elsewhere, which is a shame because there are some good items to be had, if you can be bothered to really hunt through it all.

Came here about 1630 the shoe guy on the upper level where the football shoes are literally wasted his time so he wouldn't give us any shoes after about twenty minutes he came back and asked about which shoe so we got one pair before I could ask for a second he said no more shoes. Now he shouldn't be employed anywhere with this attitude. As he is clearly wasting people's time so he don't have to work. I will never ever come to this store ever again.
Well I thought I give them a second chance. This time it was a young chap called Johnathan. He was good as gold. Unlike the staff yesterday. I hope sports direct employ more staff like him.

Absolutely disgusted today at 11.55 am bought 4 t shirts at £43. The nasty girl served my husband and I she took hangers off left them in a pile on the desk didn't even fold them or offer a bag. Luckily I had a carrier bag in my handbag I had to fold the t shirts at the next till and placed them in carrier. No hello no thank you. I think she should go to a customer care course. Come on sports direct have a word with your staff!!

On my first visit I didnt have great of experiences as the young man who saw to me was very unfriendly and unhelpful as I was asking for assistance and by the end of my visit the the young staff demanded that I place the items back on the shelves adding to the fact that I'm disabled and as i was walking away with the items in hand to put back the young staff and his colleague practically started laughing at what his colleague got me doing basically his job.

But my second visit was alot better 2 days later where the staff were alot better very friendly and helpful.

Service was very good and the staff were very helpful. I got the shoes that I wanted and I am very happy.

So far my best store in London with lots of fashion items options at great prices.

This place is pretty bad. Rude staff (most, not all), and never a wait time of less than 10-15 minutes as there’s only ever one person on the til (two max on a good day). My partner waited for 20 minutes tonight, whilst somebody tried making a return, a staff member walked out from the back room, saw 3 people waiting and walked into the back again. Spend your ££ elsewhere x
