Runners Need Chertsey

We are beginner runners, I was starting to get a little pain in one ankle & thought that it was time we were both fitted for proper running shoes so travelled to Chertsey where we were served by Elliot who was very knowledgeable and did analysis of both mine and my daughters running gait. We were fitted with Brooks Adrenaline GTS's and are delighted to say that todays run was a total breeze with zero ankle pain. I highly recommend this store, in particular Elliot.

I haven't run for decades and never did it seriously anyway. I decided to get moving again but because of my large size, I wanted to get a pair of running shoes that would avoid an injury and fitted correctly. I was seen by Luke who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and generous with his time. I tried on many pairs, each with a short run on a treadmill to video my feet. I feel confident that I've got the right shoes to start running, and he even price matched another retailer. What an amazing place, thank you so much.

Went to choose running shoes for myself and my husband. We spent 10 minutes looking did not speak to anyone as no attention was paid to us and decided to go to Sweat shop in Teddington. We were greeted as we walked in and was asked within a minute if we needed assistance. Would highly recommend Sweat shop!
No one was serving and could also do with a clean! The one star was just to leave the review?

I had an appointment for gait assessment, and was really impressed by the time taken to find me the right shoes. The size was unfortunately not in stock, but they ordered them for me, and they were delivered to my home the next day.

2 visits in the last 2 weeks. Thought I would try again but no not doing it again. Very poor customer service , not welcoming. One staff member tells you they have it in stock and then the other can't be bothered to offer it you even though they are standing next to it.

Great staff, very helpful. Plenty of stock.

Had a gait analysis session today with Paul. He was patient, knowledgeable, attentive and never pushy. Highly recommended for both amateur and more serious runners
