JD Sports

One of, if not the greatest JD stores I have been to. They always have amazing service and I am never not satisfied. The staff are incredibly welcoming, however they are quite young. Definitely recommend giving it a visit.

Staff are so rude in this store (expect for young black boy who works in the shoe department). I asked a young Turkish looking boy if there was anyone who check stock and shoe size for me and his response was ‘wait in shoe department do I look like I work in the shoe department’ and didn’t even give me eye contact. A bit of advice, there are many people who would love to work if it bothers you that much to have good customer service resign. This is the case for other rude staff in this store. As I said I’ve only ever had one member of staff with manners in this store. Hopefully management see this review as they do not like to answer the phone.

Disorganised. Long wait. No serving staff. Was told by one guy he was too busy to serve. Horrible service.

There was one member staff was very helpful and patient with my nephew who was buying a pair of Jordans today. He was very polite dealing with customers specially on a busy Saturday, very happy with the service 😀

It's a small store and everything seemed cramped together with no real flow to it. Things were not in an order like you might expect. It was a strange experience. The layout could definitely do with some revising

Very lazy staffs.
Made me and my kids waited for 1hr plus yet, we didn't get any attention. This particular JD is in Enfield Town centre, all the staffs are reluctant to help.
Later went to the JD in Edmonton, the service was perfect.

Found exactly what I wanted. Member of staff quickly arranged for me to collect from the till. Staff very polite and efficient.

Shocking service. Staff failed to remove all the security tags from my tracksuit. Made it look like I tried to shoplift even though I paid in full.
