I was going to buy trainers which were nike huaraches on sale for £30, when I went to till to pay the lady said they are coming up as £45 and she can’t sell it to me for £30. When serving me before getting my shoes behind the till nobody told me the price is incorrect on the shoe when it had the price on it with the tag gun. The lady at till said that they have new staff and they put the incorrect price on the shoes, should you not monitor this regularly? I used to work in this JD Sports before and the manager had to give the customer the price that was written whether it be an error or correct. If this is JD Sports new workers error why should I not get the shoe for £30. I have 2 colleagues name which I will write a formal complaint to the regional manager and the lady at the till I can describe how she looks. Also at the start I asked another lady if huaraches are meant to be sized up or not and she said no (she didn't seem like she wanted to help and spoke with attitude) all she was worried about is finishing her shift so she can see her boo (her partner which was literally her words) but when I asked the girl who ordered the shoes upstairs for me she said you need to size up. Really rude and arrogant staff. Looks like no one gave them actual customer service training!! Often i have been served by this lady who is always so Rude and while in the queue i have seen her be rude to others aswell. She always on the till whenever i go - blonde highlights n has her hair up in a bun. Never been served by any1 so arrogant and rude. I was shocked to hear her say to at least 3 people in the queue "Are you just going to stand there or you going to come forward to the till"?? Shocking behaviour. Dont know how she still has a job there. other times when iv gone to collect an order it takes them forever to bring it down and they arent even that busy i have waited almost 30 mins sometimes and if u ask someone why its taking so long they just respond so rudely and with attitude "you just have to wait"!! Disgusting staff need to be taught manners and customer service.

The blonde cashier is very arrogant( i guess is Eastern European from the accent) she definitely need more customer service training, I was quite often in the shop because I live around she is always like that no smile , very superior . I give for her customer service 0 but on the shop floor was a guy ( he’s name is Jerome) very very helpful and for him 10 stars ⭐️. We really need this kind of people because we don’t get nothing for free we pay for what we get. And unfortunately not everyone is focusing on their job’s.

Terrible customer service. Not able to find out any info regarding returned goods. So complicated.
Investigation of my shoes was "no faulty" even after I wear them only once and they injured me so heavily I couldn't wear them the next day.
Heavily disappointed with the customer service and overall system in this store. Keep the shoes. Thank you
Update 15/07/22
After the seventh email was exchanged and requested impossible details to provide a visited store for the fifth time. Luckily for me, shoes were lost from the "laboratory" to the shop. Full refund offered and accepted.
Still disappointed. Time, effort, communication and dealing with the complaints on a very low level. The shoe zone next door has a much more experienced team.

The staff are under trained and inadequate to do their job,
Most are teenagers that don't know or don't care about job,
I have had a repeat experience whilst shopping in the store at walthamstow, selbourne walk ,

At the till your checking out my things but now theres a fire in a completely different shop and you can't finish up checking out the clothes kmt this place has gone so down hill it's sad, the manager running JD currently is a joke.

One of the staff speaking to another staff making fun of daughter at the till thinking we didn't hear them made my daughter cry and she had a disability but i got a picture of the staff who did it and i will sent it to the management

I went to get my son a Christmas present
This lovely young lady was helpful an kind
Was very clean in the shop
The staff were very friendly too
