Ordered a bag online which should of arrived to collect from the Epsom store in 3 to 5 days. Didn't hear anything for 10 days so I telephoned the store Guy said bag was in stock but wouldn't give me his first name for reference.
Went next day to collect and on entering store went to a woman at the counter. I said we had come to collect a bag and gave her the order number Very blunt attitude from her , no welcome just ' I need some ID or you can't take bag '
Showed her my ID and bag was brought out from store room in a sealed black polythene bag I asked to see the contents to check it is ok and was told I must sign first to say I am happy and am taking the product.
I explained I would like to see the bag first and then I will be happy to sign She then said if I don't sign first I can't look at the bag and being really awkward I said I am not signing for something I haven't seen.
She then told the male store worker not to give me the bag as I am being rude.
I asked her how I was being rude and I asked for her name and she flatly refused then I said ' yes that's about right isn't it '
Apparently it is very rude to question sub standard service and not accept being treated like dirt
Left the store upset very bad attitude for any shop employee never mind a store manageress

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried returning a pair of shorts that didn’t fit me (They don’t have a changing room so had to buy them and try at home). Guy at the front desk, with green/blue died hair gave attitude from the moment I spoke to him (very politely asked if I could return as they didn’t fit me). Didn’t even answer me, just picked the shorts up and smelt them and said they “had a smell to them”. He said sorry he can’t help me!! Are you serious???? Considering I simply tried them on and then returned them, it’s quite disgusting that he was implying I wore them and then wanted to bring them back in. Great way to treat a paying customer!!!! Either the shop sells dirty clothes (meaning I should smell everything I buy now - not that I will buy from them again) or they simply don’t want to help and rather accuse you of wearing clothes and returning them. Disgusting experience and I won’t be back!

The customer service in this store is shocking. I have never been in there & made a purchase without an issue. The staff are sullen & rude & I can’t ever see myself shopping there again.

Put about £200 worth of goofs back on the rails. Because they would not allow me to try on the goods snd daid the changing rooms are closed. Their loss. I shopped somewhere else

Yeah nice stuff but they had some Dunlow working in there today. He kept losing trainers. Looked like the manager was getting a bit peed off. Got some lovely original vans today though.

I visited JD Sports Epsom Sunday 22/01/23. The staff helped me find a pair of trainers that I was looking for my daughter. The staff were lovely, friendly, polite & very attentive. THANK YOU

Always have a good selection of sports and casual wear. Staff actually seem to care and are helpful

It's an amazing store. Quality products like Shoes, casual jeans, trousers and so on. However, the most exciting part of the store there Christmas Sale of the majority of the products.
