JD Sports

JD sports Dagenham always provide an excellent service. The staff are friendly and will do their best to help. It's a great store and JD Sports Barking is also just as good! Please could management consider another till point for both stores and extra staff to assist when the phone rings as those areas are needed to help them as the staff are very busy!!

Due to the coronavirus JD sports only have 30% of there Wearhouse staff working, plus we are ordering more on line, so there telling the news papers, this means JD Sports will still take your money but will not deliver your goods in time for Christmas, there not going to close there website until they can deliver goods at the estaminet time of delivery, there just going to take your money and leave you with nothing to show for your money for weeks, trust me.

Very friendly and helpful staff but a bit pricey and limited sizes

Came in to exchange some shoes, Megan was super helpful, quick and really polite, this 5* is for her.
Shame the same can’t be said for her manager, he shouted at her and belittled her in front of me and my partner, but Megan remained professional and did her job efficiently, she’s truly a credit to your store.
PSA for your management, treat your staff like humans and with respect!

I would recommend zero , the service was quite slow. I ordered a trainer, one staff took upto 30 minutes to come out. It's lazzy staff and no customer relationship. I would never come again. At least they need to speak nicely with customs and judge customers demand

Was in store and all the time 4 members were following me and making very uncomfortable.
Finally bought a pair of shoes but while going out alarm went off (apparently cashier forget to take out magnet ). Felt embarrassed front of everyone. Also it was clearly intentionally. Not going there again ever

Young female really need to work on their facial expressions and attitude towards customers. Especially the young mixed heritage lady. A smile wouldn’t kill you.

The staff doesn't really care if you shop or not! They don't even acknowledge their customers and don't even attend them. Had to give 1 star so I can write review or else 0 would be the one!
