Myself and My husband have visited this store a few times to get our hand on the latest deals. Not only are there great deals on trainers and clothes the store has accessible layout that allows you to find footwear with ease . Whatsmore is that the customer service is superb. The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful, a staff member by the name of Cardi in particular went above and beyond to help, she signposted us to all the latest deals , helped retrieve a number of items that we were purchasing and packaged everything with great care attention. Ensuring all sizes matched etc etc. I have not had this type of efficient service in a while. Whats more is that this service was consistent each time we have visited over the last 2 months .There was also another young man who was so polite and friendly offered his assistance should we need it. Overall highly recommend visiting for great deals and great customer service.

Mia is a really excellent assistant. I struggled to find my size and she never gave up to look for the shoes everywhere. I gave up and I was about to leave the shop when she ran to me to let me know that she found my right size .I was extremely happy the way she looked after today in your store. If I could rate for that 5* I would as she did an exceptional job.

I was served today by a lovely lady named Stacey on the till. She personally helped me find my size and served me with a smile! Her customer service was above and beyond helpful, and I can say I left the shop happily with my purchase.

Cadi was 5* really lovely service and fantastic choice. She really went above and beyond in finding the right size of hoodie I wanted. The store was ultra busy but I still felt like I got a great level of service, more importantly with a smile!

I visited this store for very first time but l must say the staff in the store is very rude they don’t even have manners to talk with their customers. They are so lazy they are asking customers to put clothes back because they don’t want to work and that too in such a loud and rude way. I would not prefer this place to anyone and would never like to visit this store anymore.

Absolutely brilliant excellent service from all but in particular Tim. Professional, extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble.Puma outlet and selection of stock is really good but service is everything,

The staff here have a disgusting attitude. The man at the till (tall black male with glasses, couldn't get a name) was extremely rude and was complaining and laughing about us to his colleagues as if we weren't there. Learn some manners and customer service or quit your job if you don't like it, don't take it out on the customers and complain that we're taking too long' to buy things when it's normal to look around before you buy something. Avoid this store at all costs.
